I went in for an oil change and to get my tailgate checked as it said there was a power problem. Jason said it just needed to be reset by 1pm it was acting up again sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
Always accommodating, knowledgeable and personable. I’m immediately informed of changes or issues with my vehicle. Service time is always as told and expected. Gold star service!
First, Jason is fabulous. Everything you should expect with an advisor. However, the car was in for a flat. You fixed it great! Thank you. However, you said you did a complimentary all point inspection. You did not, 37, 33, 32, 32 is my tire pressure. This may seem small, But if you say you did something do it. This happened the last time I was in for an oil change as well.
