Everything was great up until I came to pick up my car. I appreciate the constant communication from Brian regards any changes and charges, it definitely put my mind at ease. But when I arrived to pick up my car, the staff the took my payment was not the nicest. So because I wasn’t originally expecting to pay additional money, I had to arrive with an additional form of payment. Trust me I am thankful you guys let me know there was additional needs because I wouldn’t have known. So I informed the cashier that I needed to split the payment between two credit cards. She informed that isn’t something acura usually does. I was not aware, out of all the times I’ve been here for service, I’ve never had too until now. But as she was doing her job, she asked for my credit card. Not once but twice did she **** my card out out of my hand. She was not polite and she definitely gave me attitude. I felt uncomfortable even standing there because I was not expecting to get that response. Again, I only had to do this because the original service plan changed and I had to think fast regarding paying additional cost. The other staff not behind the cash out window were very polite and greeting which I really appreciate because maintenance work is always stressful for me. So now that I know that Acura does not split payments, I will be better prepared. I just think it would be a great practice for the employees to be mindful of their facial expressions, and reactions because it definitely was noticeable. Also, my car drove a little stiff most of the day. Not sure why but I will definitely like to talk to someone that may be able to provide some additional details If any. Again, I’ve never felt like this after receiving a service. I appreciate the over communication while I had a loaner, it was greatly appreciated! Shaynice R

I have been coming to Joe for all my car needs for years. He is the best service advisor that I ever dealt with. In my past I have dealt with terrible dealerships but Schaller makes me feel at home and I trust them with with all my vehicles.
