About a week ago I made an appointment for this afternoon, to fix the trailer hitch on our leased Santa Fe because of the recall notice about the defect regarding the hitch. I drove in from Thee Rivers, where we live. It took at least 30 minutes to get there. I left the car, and walked into town to pass the time while the replacement was being made. About 30 or maybe more minutes later, I got a call that you did not have the part you needed to fix the defect, you would have it in three days, and would I l like to make an appointment. I asked why I wasn’t notified before I drove all the way into town. The answer was it was a surprise to find you didn’t have the part, because it’s “ always in stock.” I asked to be compensated (for the drive, wasted time and gas) and the gentleman to whom I spoke kindly said he would see what he could do; maybe gas for the car. Now I’m waiting to see what the management will do. Please note I’ve been a good customer for over the past five years. I made an appointment for 1:00 this Friday. I guarantee you I will call the day before to make sure you have the part.

Roma was very patient and kind. She handle me and a new customer I brought in for the first time very well. She seemed to be busy yet she was able to keep calm and handle everything well. She always treats me with courtesy and respect. Visalia Hyundai has a wonderful service department!

Patrick was great! Caught a safety issue in my car I wasn’t aware of. Turns out the issue is covered by warranty as he checked. Completed the service quickly and was very straight forward about the cost and process. Patrick also arranged transportation for me while the car was being serviced. I am impressed with the customer service I received from Patrick! I truly appreciate the quality service!
