I am very happy with Matt Brunson! Matt and Chris Ionita keep me at AJL. However I’m not happy with the vendors who applied the tint and clear bra. The windshield was so messy you couldn’t see thru it. They should have cleaned the windows. I just spent an hour trying to clean them. Sandy Erickson

You can not as I can never recover the full day of my time your organization cost me. My car was there for a simple oil change and some air filters with an inspection and road test for which you charged a premium fee of $1500. The car was dropped the day prior to the appointment as when I made the appointment I was informed it would be worked on first thing the following morning. When I dropped the car, I was also informed the car would be ready by noon the following day. By 5 pm the following day, no one had communicated with me about the car until I called to enquire, when I’m told it won’t be ready until the next day. The car is finally ready and delivered by 2 pm the following day forcing me to change plans and delay a trip out of town for a day. For this delay I’m given a $50 discount…..that’s what you think my day is worth. This is what your Premium Service is? On Tuesday I took my diesel truck in to have essentially the same service, oil, filter, air intake filter, cabin filter, tire rotation and multi-point inspection topping any fluids. It cost me less than $300 and the truck was as done in 4 hours as promised. Justify to me why I should ever bring my Jag back to Arrowhead for such “premium” service.

Mathew nice guy, did exactly what I wanted to my RR. My son asked me when I got home if they ( RR ) were good and if I liked the service. I told him yes… good service , as good as BMW ….. and BMW. Was the best vehicles service dept we used It may take time and maybe more RR really compare but you’re up there. Thank you, Don R
