Cody and the Arrowhead JLR techs identified the problem and confirmed the solution recommended by the JLR CSC techs to fix the failed audio system in my 2021 XF. The Arrowhead techs also confirmed a failing main battery and replaced it under warranty during this service visit. The XF is performing perfectly now and all is good.
