Very cooperative personnel
After spending $4800.00 you would expect professional Service Techs to be Trustable and give the car back without issues especially on Christmas Eve. As soon as as we got the car home our car was leaking fluid all over the drive way. We as a family were going to attend a family get together but we didnt even know if we could safely drive the car. We stayed home missing our engagement. Very disappointed ! I decided to take the car bottom skid plate to find out it was full of antifreeze. There was also a new nut and quick fastener in the coolant. Il’m beside my self.

Excellent service from Cody Bates and the entire JLR Arrowhead.
The door handle that was painted to replace my 'manufacturer defective' one was not quality controlled. It had paint dimples that were obvious and should not have been released to the customer. After 4 months of delay, this is what was deemed acceptable by someone.
