I’d like to see a better job with keeping customers informed about status of vehicle. Keeping people apprise and setting expectations is important.
Customer service is not great, sales rep was not honest at time of purchase (2nd purchase ) Left a few messages for a sales manger to call regarding our purchase, no return call. Service kept my car overnight without notifying me it would not be ready same day which I was told it would be ready at 430-5pm same day and I would be called. (no call) Next day no call either, so I called in at 11am to check status and Noah said it’s being washed and should be ready in 20 min. Came to pick up an hour later … no wash.

Josh provided excellent customer service. He is very attentive and courteous. I have only used Arrowhead Land Rover dept. to service my Defender because I know Josh will take care of me and my car. He explains in detail the service and does not try to sell me anything my car doesn’t need. I never feel rushed or pressured. I hope Josh continues to work his position because he’s helping a lot of people, always with a smile.

The cost to repair was outrageous and difficult to make a decision, knowing it should be repaired but cost exceeds value of the LR.
We found service to be quite a contrast from our wonderful Sales experience. Chris Iota was friendly, treated us well and with respect. The service department seemed unfriendly, uninterested, and we found Noah to be uninviting. However, my wife love the dog! Also, the actual mechanic work on the car and follow through was great. Please work on the customer experience with the front end service team. Thanks.
I had a great experience at the arrowhead location, Noah was super helpful and was very thorough and explained everything. He got everything done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
Happy with the service and thorough check of my tires. Due to my tire package there was no issue with having tires replaced. I would have appreciated a loaner since I was without my vehicle for 7 days.
