I had a great experience with my salesman and then a bad experience with another service advisor. Went to a different dealer for a couple of things, but decided to give arrowhead another chance. Cody was awesome. Customer service was great. I will be returning to the dealership because of Cody and Marcey.

The seat has not been repaired completely. The vehicle had to be kept longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances. However, in an attempt to return the vehicle the seat is still not fully functional. The repair only needed to be done after it had been returned to me broken after replacing the battery. I would greatly appreciate a follow up phone call and the job to be completed to its entirety.
