They need to do better with diagnosing vehicles when they hold patents on the computer parts. And just because the tech quits as a customer having to pay twice for the same issue is problematic.

The Landrover Arrowhead dealership is Remarkable! My point of contacts there are Derrick, Leland, Ricky and Nick. They are the crème de la crème as they consistently show their skills and professionalism for customer service. They are extremely helpful with great listening skills and are always poised for resolving any issues regarding my vehicle should it need repair.
