After being told that I had a leaking heater hose in my vehicle, I gave ok to replace it, after having the car for over a week, that heater hose cost me, over 1800, only info given to me was, the part was hard to get. I took the car home 1/2 miles. And noticed it was still leaking same area took it back, now it’s water pump. After keeping fr another week,had to pay additional 1400 when that should have been caught, when it was tore down from hose leak, instead tearing it back apart and charging twice for tear down. Very poor communication,and two weeks later I still am not sure what they did. No way would I ever return to that dealership Billl. Heady
Service was great however they did not fix the software update like they claimed. I know there are hacking issues but maybe test it next time before telling me it’s fixed. I was super disappointed and frustrated when I saw the same message pop up that my sw update is ready

Leland was great but the unprofessional fee for credit card usage was ridiculous. It reminded me of a cheap “ mom and pop “ business. Very low class!
Lack of follow up with communication regarding proposed service
Your service people’s serviced my Certified Preowned vehicle before I bought it. When they changed the oil and filter, they overfilled it and according to the Range Rover owners manual it could cause serious problems to the engine. I was told that it did not hurt the engine but how do I know if there won’t be any problems. Other than that, Katerina and the crew have been very courteous and helpful. Thank you
