Very disappointed with service from the start. Waited six minutes before someone asked me if I had been helped. I told I was there for the clear coat bra. I also asked Allen to check with Nick S in finance as he stated he would fill up my tank with gas the next time I brought my vehicle in. He wrote something down and said he would need authorization from Nick and was in total agreement. My vehicle was not ready until the following day and my car was not very clean when I picked it up. Some sticky glue and water spots on windows and body. Allen was not there when I picked up my car and needless to say gas tank not filled up. I am very disappointed.
Josh and the entire Range Rover family have been exceptionally professional and nice to me. I would definitely recommend Range Rover to all my friends.
Everyone at the dealership is great and they take good care of my car when it's there. I am very picky and they complete all services to my expectations.
The service was excellent! I appreciate the lift rides to and from the dealership. Michael was so helpful and friendly and I knew my car was in great hands. I received updates and the car was finished quickly. I was also surprised to see my car so clean and shiny when I picked it up that I didn’t think it was my car! 11/10. I feel the pairing of the key fod should have been a complimentary service. Like what Mercedes does. To charge for the key and charge to pairing it to the vehicle is excessive.
