I have a few comments YES - when I arrived home after missing my hair appt . & having to pay $50 for a no show appt . After being promised I’d be out by 11:30. Got home to a burning smell that scared me . Called the neighbor over . Called Jay he immediately sent a tech out , who was unimpressive . . Took it for a spin , to have him put a flashlight into engine. While having my son on the phone , couldn’t answer questions about spark plugs that were changed out . This morning I got in the engine started cleaning up to find a screw , I took pictures & found another open hole this is suppose to have a dome looking screw that is not there as well . Have pictures of that as well . Thinking to myself .. what else is missing . My car has never had a smell like this before . Tech and son discussed that tech that serviced my car used some kind of spray fluid that created smell ?? Would like a phone call to discuss missing screws . Not sure if I can add photos to this or not ? Didn’t receive a follow up call after tech left . I will be calling Monday to discuss. Screw issues . Bc the tech was apparently slow I never got a car wash either . Had to do it myself . Mostly disappointed that I had to pay $50 for missed hair appt that I have to reschedule now . Not sure the tech is detailed as my car is in pristine condition . I think I had a rookie tech & a rookie guy that was sent to my home. Wasn’t much concern on his behave. Jay was great & attentive .

George’s level of service was outstanding! The only negative was the failure to identify the broken windshield that resulted from an apparent chip that expanded when the vehicle was being washed.

Troy went above and beyond to make this service experience as best as possible. The original estimate of a 5-6 hour job ended up taking hours longer but I don’t feel that’s not on him. Finding me a loaner for the day REALLY helped a lot. Thanks Troy!
