I was worried about my car, not knowing what was wrong with it as well as worrying how much it was going to cost me to fix it. Jeff was very understanding with me and explained everything that was being tested on the car. He was very patient with me when I need to have the battery changed, allowed me to get my car and bring it to have the battery change since it was still in warranty so he can finish looking at the car. Not many places will allow you to do that. I leave here with a peace of a mind and satisfied, many fear taking their cars to the dealership but I haven’t had a reason too so far and hope to keep that way.

There is only complaint out of the entire service, but it’s a big one. Everything else was great. The interior smell is pretty bad after the detailing. It smells so strong like a combination of 400 dirty, wet socks. It didn’t smell like that on the test drive a few days earlier, but after I picked it up it stinks like the carpet shampoo water or steam was extremely old and gross or something I’m guessing? I don’t need anyone to contact me, just know that the interior smell part of the detail needs work.
