He was very kind, helpful and easy to work with. He was calm and kind. I was even offered help to carry bags by another worker after I yelled at my kid.I am so thankful for the rental car because it would have been unmanageable with my kids in the waiting room.

I ended up having much more work done than I expected (I came in for an oil change), but my car rides significantly better and I have more confidence in taking it on the road trip I’m planning. I was told I would have a loaner car for the day and they didn’t have one.after my car was checked I was told what I needed for repairs but some of the repairs the item was out of stock. When I picked up my car there was grease on my seat.
Katie was great and very nice. She did everything she could and was very pleasant to work with. She did a great job, the rest of my problems is the dealership.
