Because you did not have the needed part, I need to come back again in 2 weeks to complete the servicing. Since I identified the reason for my scheduled appointment today when I booked it and it was an issue I had “fixed” there two years ago, I was expecting to get the job done today. I live in Milford and coming here plus waiting to have the car serviced is a lot to have to do twice. I’m not blaming the service rep., he was very pleasant.
The car was throughly checked based on the information I gave them! The oil was overfilled & subsequently changed. I will monitor it for the next 600 miles as instructed. The customer service was excellent from start to finish! Thank you!

When trying to get an inspection, I got a rejection and returned to the dealership to have it fixed. Appointment was made for 4 PM Friday to which I arrived and all that was done to the car was the check engine light was shut off. Problem was not fixed but I was told I could drive the car even though the inspection garage suggested that was not a good idea. still no resolution and still a rejection sticker waiting for a callback from service for my next step. Not resolved!
