I had a 7 am appt for oil and tire rotation and no one contacted me for 2 hours after car taken. I was waiting in the back room.Jamie checked me in but wasn’t there when I came to inquire about my car. Maybe he handed it over to someone else. I never spoke with Amanda. When I went to see why so long someone else said it’s ready. I was driving home when I got the text the car was done. Some miscommunication today. Other times it’s been fine.
I so happy with my service! Dillon did everything he could to satisfy my needs while working on my vehicle!!
Nobody came to give me any updates. I finally went to check after 2 hours and my car was sitting outside. I've never had any issues before, service has always been great. Also, couldn't get my sticker cause you don't have the equipment to unclog a diesel.
