Dillon was very helpful when checking me in, but unfortunately was off today during my scheduled service and some of the things we had discussed were not relayed to the staff available today. I had a 7 AM appointment for which I dropped my vehicle off the night before, and, when I finally called at 11:15 this morning to find out the status, I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. I’m not clear if anyone would’ve contacted me if I hadn’t reached out. Overall, the communication could’ve been much better and over four hours for an oil change is really not reasonable.

Satisfied, however got home and there's an email from dealer on oil change with tire rotation bummer another one missed. It would be nice to have a senior discount.

Sebastian was so helpful with getting my car brakes repaired. He was the best . I was very pleased with his help . He explained everything that was being fixed . There was a coupon on parts which saved me a few dollars. Sebastian ‘s service was the best .
