I informed the employee who checked me out that it was illegal for your store to charge a fee for use of a credit card. He was indifferent. Bouchard should stop systematically violating Federal law.

Great service as always and great staff. But to the finance and sr management …. Very disappointed at the surprise credit card fee of $35. Should alert best regulator customers so the could bring a check or debit card. No other dealer does this. Passing on your cost to customers is your choice. But warn customers when you confirm the appt via text. Also calling it a technology fee… really?? Separate great service team there. Please pass this to senior management $35 is not a deal breaker but not a good customer experience thanks Rob

Todd has been very helpful especially seeing my part was on back order since July. He was polite and helpful every time I checked in. Today, Oct 24th, the part was finally installed he called to update me and throughly answered all my questions. When I came to pick up my car, he went out back got my car and drove it up front for me.
