On my recent visit to Ron Bouchard Honda my service rep was Daniel Hernandez. He was polite, friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. He let me know the approximate wait time. The wait was not too long. Again - at the end of the appointment he could not have been more professional. He’s great at working with customers. Exceptionally professional!

I personally ran into a bunch of crap at Toyota next door to tou guys. When I came to Honda I've felt like family. And that's hard to find at a car dealership. Dillan (sp?) especially has been above and beyond great and helpful. It's hard to find people like him. I appreciate it and him greatly.

Communication was poor. I dropped off my car on Thursday, 10/26. Rep stated he texted me three times that day to explain the work needed. I never received any text at all. In that case he should have called and/or emailed to ensure he got in touch with me.
