Sebastian was very pleasant to deal with. He actually took the time to listen to the issue I was having with the vehicle beyond the regularly scheduled B1 service that I had booked. He kept me updated as to what they were doing and just had a very polite demeanor overall.
Jimmy was awesome. Explained clearly that that were additional maintenance items that needed to be done and what the cost would be. Which I approved to do. And texted and came and found me when the vehicle was ready.
Sebastian was very professional and made me feel quit comfortable. He explained to me about the work and analysis after my appointment. Thank you Sebastian and the Honda service team.
