The only thing I would suggest is letting your customers know about the 3.5% credit that gets tacked on to the price. I made an appointment online and I did NOT know about that. With how the economy is right now, EVERYONE is feeling the financial pinch. Please add that to the website for making appointments. That way your customers are aware and you don't have angry customers. That would be the right thing to do. I get that it's your business to make money but if you REALLY care about your customers you would at least give them a heads up.
My passenger airbag light is now on and under maintenance there is an A but no letters. How do these get reset
I was very excited with my service every time I go there with a complaint or concerned Jose is always there to help me and make sure I go home as a happy customer especially with everything that’s going on with my car. I really appreciate his service and A+ service for me for him.
