The service advisor is a **** **** head. Before I sign the paper to approve the service my truck. I been told only cost about $45. When the job completed he told me I need to pay extra $90 because they need to program the TPMS Sensor. So I ask him and one guy over there why I have paid for that today, because they charge me for the last three year for this tire swapping. They have no expectations for it. The last time I swap from summer to snow tire the service advisor didn't ask me to paid for that. WHT TODAY???
I'm not going back there for service and also plan to buy a car . I will NOT GO TO YOUR DEALER TO BUY A NEW CAR EVER. You losses your customers if you guy don't change the way guys run business over there.
