Went in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Waited 2 hours to be told inspection couldn't be done due to needing a new rear plate. Wait time much too long. Do you guys overbook appointments?

Katie and Sebastian were delightful. The detailing crew did a really good job. I had backed into a wheel barrow that a workman had left in my driveway overnight. It left a stain on the rear bumper. Your crew got that embarrassing stain off. I believe that it took some effort and I had not thought that it could be removed. I am very grateful for their work….as well as the consistent care and integrity of your department. Thank you.

And even though my repair needed was not fully a result of my previous service, he made it right and took care of it anyway without me having to fuss.
