I came in due to your mechanic not having put the oil cap back on following an oil change the week prior. There was oil spilled all over the engine: while they did another oil change and washed one part of the engine they were not thorough at all and there was oil still all over the car. I asked for a steam clean and it looked like all they did was throw water on one part. Have the video to prove it if you’re interested. Still not sure what the impact and damage will be.

I have never been treated with so much respect from any vendor I have ever come in contact with. Jimmy is by far one of best individuals I have ever dealt with in my adult life in a professional situation. He certainly understands how to deal with people and is a bona fide Class #1 representative of the staff at Bouchard Honda.

The whole experience gets a 10 out of 10 for me. I had to wait for three hours and the shuttle driver took me to a Barnes & Noble with a Starbucks.. I got some coffee hung out for a while and they called me and picked me up promptly and brought me back and I got my car, I’ve been extremely happy with the whole experience of buying a car and the way they took care of it so promptly when it had a problem
