The 3.5 % Technology charge for paying by my credit card was a complete surprise. Massachusetts is one of 3 states where it is Illegal to carge a surcharge for services and service on a credit card . This is Bull **** and no way to treat a long term customer! I will be contacting the MA attournry generals office to notify them and file a complaint on this scam extra charge. Ronnie must be turning in his grave. Other than this the service was done very quick and I have no problem with the service. Or my service advisor he was great. Regards: Jim Quatrale

Great staff. Thorough explanation. Odometer setting switched to Trip B screen, not sure why, om 8/13. Unable to reset. Will bring back to Ron Bouchard on 8/14 for reset. Not a major issue, just something that may be related to a possible reset when car was seen for 10K checkup. The odometer and speedometer do not match because I switched OEM 18" tires with 16" tires. Higher lift, better for potholes. Good ride. Great on fuel economy. Not sure if the tech who worked on car knew of the switch because when I left dealership noticed OD and SD read the same.

We have bought 3 Hondas through your dealership and you work hard to make it a great experience. The Honda Civic did not come with a second key and I understand Nate was ordering a second key for us. A second key should be part of the delivery checklist. Thanks! Rob Toombs

I still don’t know what we’re going to do about the automatic high beams not working. It was some question about changing the front lights. Not sure how we left it coming in on Tuesday for an oil change. Take it up with you then I guess Shawn
