Dillon is knowledgeable, helpful and very good at what he does.
Very disappointed. 1. My car was in for a “detail” and I found out at my appointment that “detail” in only a wash and vacuum of inside. This was in a package I received when I got the lease on this vehicle. “Details” are wax, buff, wash and clean inside. 2. I was told twice that it would be about 2 hours. So I got a loaner car to just do something to waste time while car was being so-called “detailed”. I contact Honda after 2.25 hours, said car was still in department. Figuring it must almost be done, I was only at Target up the street, and when I got there my car had not even been started. This is absolutely inexcusable by service Honda Store. And to boot, was told cars that people are waiting for are dealt with first. Tell me, what is the point of an appointment? I was so disgusted in this, I just took my non-detailed car and left. I have bought/leased from Honda about 8 vehicles. This is my last one.

My car was never serviced was told one price, to pay so i prepared for that price,appointment was for 730am I waited over 2 hours and then was told that my winter tires were not even there. I was also told to pay 269.99 for mounting,rotation labor and ligament of tires and then told a much higher price. NOT SATISFIED. I WILL WILL BE WAITING FOR MORE INFORMATION TOMORROW AND A RESOLUTION
I scheduled a visit to replace a key and you guys did not have the part in stock. So now I need to come back again. The service provider though was amazing and I did have an oil change
