Good service and very good professional
Joel went out of his way to answer my questions about my vehicle. When I asked about the 2023 CR-V Hybrid he offered to show me one in the yard, which I appreciated.

Was told I didn’t have enough mileage for an oil change. Had to ask for an invoice as he was not going to give me one. Was told that oil change and tire rotation was done (I specifically asked.). According to invoice, tire rotation WAS NOT DONE. Dillon helped me get my car—very helpful. I am planning to call dealership on Thursday.

Well, the scratch still shows it’s not because he did a bad job is dead I still could see the scratch, even though he did his best that he could do

Everything was great - as usual! The service is top-notch. I always have a good experience at your store.
The only thing I would say is try to improve on length of time of service. I brought my car in for a 1:30pm oil change appointment and I didn't get done and leave until 3:30pm. I am still satisfied with my service just like I said the length of time it took was long so maybe tell the customer that it might take longer than usual especially if the customer says they are going to wait there while the service is done.
