I really like the staff - whether purchasing the car itself or taking it in for service, I never feel pressured or taken advantage of. These two things really matter to me and I'm grateful to have found a car dealership like Bouchard's.

I have been recommended services that the car doesn’t really require at the last 2 visits. Your customers are well informed nowadays due to the availability of information from the manufacturer and internet. I got all fluids flushed last year, however i was given the recommendation to flush the coolant. Why? Do you really look for vehicle service history before making these recommendations? I got all those fluid flushes done at YOUR store last year. Do you really check the fluids before making these stupid recommendations? What’s the purpose of your multi point inspection if your technicians can’t make right recommendations.
I’m really disappointed as a customer. We trust your technicians but when i hear these types of suggestions that doesn’t make sense, it really loses the trust.
Kathleen Galvin did an excellent job, she has a wonderful personality and a wonderful smile that makes you feel like she cares about you and your vehicle and the service they are performing on your vehicle
