Dylan was the best! He was very patient with us as we insisted our vehicle was covered under a maintenance agreement that he was unable to see in the system. Evidently the coverage wasn’t entered by Ira Honda Saco Maine, when we purchased the vehicle. Ira fixed it, after multiple annoying phone calls, and Dylan said he would put in a claim to reimburse us. I know good employees are becoming a rare breed. Dylan is one of them. Thank you!!!
