I'm glad to have the 22,500 maintenance done, thank you. We also asked about fixing two buttons that get stuck when pressed - the "Seek" and "Track" buttons located just below the center display screen. I even phoned in to clarify what I was referring to. I was told the buttons were cleaned and now working but this is not the case. The still stick when pressed. Thank you.

I arrived for my appointment which Kia Service called me to schedule because the parts were in and I drove 30 minutes to the dealership to be told that the parts were not in. My car could not be inspected which has passed the 7 day state regulation. It’s very frustrating.

The team was more than what I expected, they are unbelievable helpful, I was **** in a town 2 hours away from home with no idea of what my next move was, but the manager stepped in and saved the day gave me car,so could get my daughter that was waiting for me in Boston university heading home, my car died and no one to help , they fix the problem and the next day I was on my way. Timely service and very curious service 100 stars I would say. Thanks again for your service I appreciate you.
