I am satisfied about my visit. I am a little concerned that a car I bought six months ago already needs a part replaced. I hope it’s an aberration. I should also mention that I called at 9:20am and left a message and when there was no call back I wondered if the place might be closed due to the holiday. I tried once more calling at 1pm and the call was picked up right away. They offered to see me in 2 hours at 3pm. Thanks.
Marcos was pretty level headed and wasn't pushy about selling services to me, which is what I was afraid was going to happen.
