I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up about a half hour early and was told it would be ready in about 2 hours. Checking in was easy, and the girl who helped me told me they could refer me to a body shop due to some damage. I waited for roughly 3.5 hours. I finally went to ask about my car. My service provider, Luis, was on the phone. The person helping me told me my car was ready. It was waiting in the lot. I have no idea how long it had been there, but I wasn’t notified. No referral and no real contact with whoever was supposed to be working with me. I have no idea how long I would have waited had I not asked This was a free service, but I’d rather pay to receive better service. The sales team was amazing, but I was very disappointed in the service department.

Reyna was amazing. She was very understanding of my situation of needing my vehicle back this morning in time for a doctors appointment. She made me felt heard and she insured my car was ready for me in time for my daughter’s appointment. She is amazing.
