I’ve been going to SB Auto Group for 22+ years. The customer experience there is way better than Honda. At times I’ve waited for my car when serviced and felt very comfortable in their waiting room and could get work done. Honda doesn’t seem to have anything like that and with taking over Acura customers should provide a better experience. Also, SB Auto Group always washed my car and Honda doesn’t. I’m disappointed with all of this. However, the people working at Honda were all very nice and friendly and helpful, especially Luis. I am happy I can contact him directly if needed. One other thing, Honda did not have my service records so Honda people did not know what was done on my car.
