I’ve had 2 other visits recently (8/22 and 9/2). Tyler Tincher helped me with those visits. He was extremely helpful. I would give him the highest marks, as well. But I seem to have missed the opportunity to give feedback on him. Could you resend a survey for him, as well. Both Roger and Tyler were extremely helpful. Thanks

Because the guy who help me before in the first that i purchased the car is nice with me at the first.i come back the other day i saw him and like he dont wanna help me and he just ignore me.so im kinda frustrated.the first day i got the car hes nice and customer service was good but the second time i went there for my key he just ignore me.luckily there was another guy who helped me to go the service a area.

I didn’t like being cross-sold for services my car already had or did not need. This raises an issue of trust for me. Thus had not happened with the Santa Barbara Auto group Acura dealer, which I found to be more professional and transparent.
