Luis was very helpful I have no complaints about him
There were a few issues not related to Luis but experienced during the fixing process
1. The repair has been done twice. For some reason the problem has not been fixed on the first attempt
2. The parts have not been delivered in time, so we had to reschedule the appointment.
Overall I would grade it 5 out of 5 since all obstacles have been surmounted virtually with no effect from our side

Reyna was the most helpful, thoughtful and patient service advisor I’ve ever had at Honda. My CRV had an issue I needed to be resolved ASAP, and she made the effort to fit me into the schedule on the same day. She said they probably wouldn’t get to work on it that day, but she had already prepared me for leaving it overnight. When the shuttle driver didn’t return to Honda when he said he would, Reyna promptly ordered me an Uber. And before the end of that same day, sure enough I received a report and video of the work that was completed!! I’m sure that Reyna helped make this happen. As if that weren’t enough, she very promptly ordered me an Uber to bring me to Honda to pick up my car. Also kudos to Honda for doing a thorough inspection of my car and alerting me that I badly needed a new air filter — something my local mechanic missed during my recent service visit.
