Original cost of $713 for repair was a pointless waste of my time and money and quite possibly a scam as it didn’t fix the actual problem and only caused me more stress when my car wouldn’t start again the next day. Had to return my car for the same exact problem and was charged another $450 to fix the actual problem. Was expecting reimbursement for the $713 because it’s seems like only my second visit prompted technicians to address the real problem. And now, TWO DAYS after picking up my car the second time, my battery is either failing or the problem is STILL not fixed. My car is not starting AGAIN. $1,163 later and I’m right back where I started! I tested my battery right before bringing it in originally and it was absolutely fine. I will NEVER bring my car back to SB Honda and will advise all others to do the same.
