I could see how what I suspect have been recent labor cutbacks have put extra stress on the remaining staff. Miss Bonnie worked very hard to take care of my car and my needs. She was friendly, polite and patient. I would recommend her to anyone seeking service from Honda.

Bonnie was really a mixed bag from the onset, for what ultimately turned out to be a really negative experience over all for me as a customer... she quoted me the incorrect collection dates, as well as total costs for the repairs to my car multiple times... i asked specifically for the total cost (final quote) and specifically mentioned that i DONT HAVE CAPACITY to drive up and down to honda unneccessarily... then after i came out and paid the communicated amount, i was contacted "after the fact" days later, to say i must come in and pay more.
I asked multiple times what the final cost will be, and specifically mentioned that i have limited availability, but i am still forced to bare the consequences of her incompetitence.... when i spoke to her over the phone to ask for an explaination, she literally said "have you never made a mistake before?", which i find to be incredibly abbrasive.
I find this interaction and experience to be unacceptable and is HUGELY inconvenient for me, as a customer.
Addionally, my car had new damages to the front and rear bumper, which were not there when i dropped off the vehicle.
Having owned hondas my entire life and worked with various sales advisors, I found bonnies over all demeanor to be defensive and confrontational, and i have no desire to work with her in the future.
My recommendation would be to prioritize competence and pride in customer service, neither of which were exhibited by bonnie in our interactions
This has truly been a disappointing experience for me as a customer of honda. After this, I would sooner take my business elsewhere
Andrea is an incredible associate who provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in auto service. Promote her or give her a raise because she is killing it and clearly working hard to provide the best support for all of her customers.
