Kimbre sold me my first Expedition in 2019. She has gone above and beyond in her efforts to deliver service to us. The lack of parts for the recall on our 2023 F150 has nothing to do with Kimbre. She’s been good to us

Kimberly did a excellent job answering my concerns, but the deal about having my battery almost completely dead not even enough power to lift a window. That just tells me the tech wasn't taking care of the job performance. If he was trying to start it allot he should booked up a battery charger. That's why it has me thinking how my starter went out there in the shop.
