Everything went well. My only comment is, there was no person or sign to greet your customers and let them know where to go when arriving. I have been several Ford dealership service centers. This is the first dealership that doesn't greet their customers. Makes for an awkward first impression. You should try a 5 star rated dealership you will be amazed. I hope this helps everything else was great.

Kimbre was very helpful throughout to entire process of setting up the appointment, checking my vehicle in, and keeping me informed of the progress of the job until work was completed. Check out and payment was also handled in an excellent manner.

When I try to use my Ford pass to schedule an appointment it did not let me schedule the appointment that may need to be fixed. So I Google Ford star Big Spring Texas. When I dialed the number I did not have a clue that the Dodge place answered the line. I asked them that I need to make an appointment and the app does not work thinking that they were the forward house they told me that they don't have appointments it's first come first serve. So I showed up to the Ford house the next day and the lady told me that it's by appointment only. I think this needs to be corrected because it is misleading and I almost did not get to have my oil change on my vehicle. Also the forecast app says I can select the works service. But the associates tell me that I have to have a coupon for that. I have not received any coupons in the mail or by email so I think that that is misleading as well.
