Darnell goes above & beyond as ge has since i met a couple years ago. I’ve found all of the personnel in the service/parts departments and the office ladies do an exceptional job of customer service.

Your service department is incompetent, does not listen to their customers, when asked simple questions they dont want to answer. There is also large communication errors with the two people that work the desk. Emma should not be in a customer service based job, she does not have the skill or knowledge of her job that she needs to provided the service you guys once had no longer than a year ago. Your service manger likes to talk circles around people and treat them like they are stupid or not knowledgeable to some extent. Your whole service department needs to be trained that just because there are computers in vehicles that the computers are not the end all of telling you if something everything wrong with the vehicle. I will not be bring my vehicle back to your service

Took them 3 tries to finally get it working!and quite frankly i haven't had it long enough to know if it is in fact fixed. Ryan was fine. Tyler was great but it seems he bailed on me after the second time. And they seemed to just keep finding more and more things wrong and making me replace 3 different parts until they finally figured out it was a wiring issue I'm not sure they were at fault for because it was one of the original parts replaced. I don't have to pay for the final work but it took 3 trips 3 100% guarantee it was done and having to break down. Like I said I haven't had it long enough to know if its 100% or not.
