Slow check in. When appointment was made told 2-3 hours. Took almost 6 from arrival time. What’s the point of an appointment when it’s first come first served. Poor car wash. Work not completed because they requested more time. Staff was friendly and offered a loaner but wouldn’t have been necessary if the car was done by appointment. This experience is typical of past visits. Your system is inefficient. Follow the Toyota or infinity model of a single service counter. Not sitting in the showroom waiting for help then traveling from office to counter and back again.

Maryann and Lori were pleasant and helped rectify the previous situation. I’m grateful that they both made the effort and made me comfortable again. The detail on the car turned out better than expected except I can still see the scratches and dullness on the hood. It’s hard to see in the light so I understand if it couldn’t be completely buffed out. I appreciate the effort.

I called Joel to come look at the RX500h, because every time I come in to look around or get service Joel is there to help! He said come in and we will talk. I surprised him with the time and he was with another person. So he graciously asked if Omid could help me. Omid is a great salesman in all ways and even though I only came to talk… I bought the RX500. Patrick in finance was excellent and funny and made the experience end in a super Positive light. My red bow on this purchase was my first. I loved it!! I have never had a less than stellar experience at your location and this was even better.
