Miscommunication took place in finalizing services needed, which led to an additional service being provided that had been confirmed would not be completed. Although apologies were provided, I was asked to still pay for the service, noting a concern of paying the technician who completed the additional service. Certainly didn’t want a technician not paid for work put in, but was taken aback this would be my responsibility. I negotiated paying for half of the additional service cost to “assure” the technician would be paid. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership’s service department is becoming consistently unfavorable.

You ever did tire rotation forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the right front tire. They were finger tight.
