Mark is very professional and friendly. He keeps me posted from the time that I walk into the Service department as to what the timeline may be and gives me updates on the additional recommended services or new issues that the mechanics find. Very appreciative for their expertise and advice.

Got my problems well documented and fixed.
My recent service visit was due to an electrical problem that was causing unprompted behavior in the interior and exterior lights. After initially examining the vehicle, the service technician, Pawel, believed the source of the problem was likely due to damage to electrical wiring as a result of a previous accident. He indicated that he needed to remove the front bumper to examine the wiring. His instincts were correct and he resolved the issue. Problem solved. The effort to address this repair required the dealer to keep the vehicle for several days. During that time the service advisor, Mark Kinior, kept me informed on a timely basis and inspired confidence that the repair was progress. Both Pawel and Mark did an outstanding job.

I work with the public and the initial interaction is a lasting one. I felt that my appointment was an inconvenience today because I scheduled it from the app on my phone instead of calling in the appointment. Secondly I had a 1:15 appointment and spent over 4 hours waiting for routine maintenance service appointment. I brought an extended warranty on my pre-owned vehicle but the estimate given to me, included an item that my extended warranty covered to the tune of over $3,000. I was always taught that you get what you pay for. The service here is not cheap so I should feel that I get what I'm paying for!!!

Master mechanic Rich Gorczynski is the best! He’s very thorough in going over your vehicles needs. Rich’s true passion for the Volvo brand is very apparent, just a great guy! I had Service Advisor Mark Konior who I’ve dealt with in my previous visits is great as well, but he seemed a little stressed out today, and overwhelmed by his work load, this is not to say anything negative, I felt bad for Mark, it seemed like he could’ve used a little help up at the service desk. Overall a great experience ????
