I brought my car in to Volvo on 8/5/22. After a diagnostic inspection, it was determined that I needed to replace my power steering reservoir among other issues. My concern was the power steering at this point. Mr. Konoir understood this and knew I first wanted to go through my Endurance car warranty. I provided all of the information he requested. He assured me that he would contact Endurance that day. On 8/9/22 I had not heard from Mr. Konior so I contacted Endurance myself and per Jaime they did not have a claim for me. I called Volvo and had to leave a message (10:57am)for a Volvo representative to call me. At 1:27 pm after not hearing from anyone, I called Volvo again and asked for Mr. Konior. When he answered the call he was surprised to hear from me. He told me he was very busy and trying to catch up and would put my number on his computer screen to remind him to follow up. He told me he would call me back before the end of the day. He did call back that day at 6:16 pm. Per Mr. Konior, he did not know that Endurance closed at 5 pm. He also stated that that was early; perhaps I need to work for them. I knew he was joking because he did a lot of that. He then told me he would contact them on 8/10/22 in the morning and call me with an update. Needless to say I did not hear from him. On 8/11/22 I called Endurance and got the update. As of today, 8/12/22 I have not heard from Mr. Konior. I felt and still feel that since I decided to only focus on the initial concern that I had and not proceed with the $3304.02 estimate, my $252.16 concern is not a priority. I also inquired about a Volvo sticker for my front grill because they just wear off. This is my 3rd time needing one. I have not heard about that either. Again, I know it is less than $7.00 so it is not important. I realize there is a shortage of staff everywhere; however, if you assure someone you will do something, it should be done no matter how insignificant it may be to a person. I used to bring my Volvo there for years. I am not sure why I stopped going; however, this experience will force me to go somewhere else.

My car has been at the dealer for almost three weeks. The problem was misdiagnosed initially so it went back into the dealer and then took another week to identify the real problem. We were supposed to take this car to Alabama to drop our daughter off at college. This whole debacle ended up costing me $1000 because we had to book flights instead in order to allow more room in my husbands car to accommodate our daughters items. We’ve owned Volvos in the past and have always been satisfied with the service. This experience has been far from good. I’m still not clear why it took this long to diagnose the problem. I just hope it gets addressed because at this point I’m beyond aggravated, inconvenienced and disappointed in the lack of competence.

Mark did a wonderful job explaining the status of my tire. He also took the time to insure that the warranty on the tire from the manufacturer was honored. Very pleased with the service that I received.
