Car was serviced within promised time, but not washed. Service took it back to wash and returned, but not dried. This was my first service experience and I had no idea what work was to be done, wasn't told, and when I asked what was done told it would be emailed to me. Every other car I've had serviced told me in advance and reviewed it in person before I left. Eager to see if someone follows up on this.

No need to contact me. My concern again is that there was no explanation of the repair, and there was some confusion about whether the repair was completed. After a couple phone calls and text message I did pick up my S60 this afternoon.
He kept me informed every step of the way.
Billy was extremely professional and kept me informed/updated on my car daily.
