I notified the service salesperson of multiple issues since I picked up my car. He claimed falsely that they did nothing to cause the damage. However, none of this issues exhausted prior to the visit. He did not even offer to take a look at the issues I described. I was also kept waiting in the service room with no one available for 20 minutes

Mark Molloy is amazing , he helped me with the most devastating situation as it relates to my automobile for my family . My XC90 presented a turtle on my dashboard, which I had never seen before. I somehow managed to get it over to Orland Park‘s Volvo to find Mark waiting with his usual big welcoming smile. I explained the situation and it felt as though, he hugged me and he held my hand all while calculating his next move and figuring out a resolution.

We brought car in for computer diagnosis for our car. We were given an estimate of 2,800.00 for repairs. The next day we exalted to bring car in and question if the computer bill would be waived. They said they would call us back. When they called back they stated they made error on our estimate and our bill was now $2,800.00. We asked for manager if facility to call us back, never heard. Very poor customer service. We have purchased three Volvo’s from you, but will never again.
