I am sure the oil change was done properly but I was upset that I had an 800 appointment and it took 2 hrs and 20 minutes for a 15 minute oil change…. Saw my car go up on the rack right away but no one touched it until a quarter till 10.

Mark personally was a great representative. He does his job well. However, I came in last week because my engine light was on and would not go off. I had my sensors replaced last year and the diagnostic stated that it was my rear sensor. I have had both sensors replaced with oem parts put on somewhere else and my engine light is still on stating too lean and drinking gas like water. I need help. I scheduled another appointment to have this issue resolved.

I am in the market for a new vehicle, however it has taken your dealership over a year to determine how to fix my 07 Volvo with under 100k miles. These cars are known for their reliability and longevity, however, it was very stressful and expensive trying to get this car fixed. Vehicles need repair no matter who you buy from. I do not want to buy a vehicle that the dealership can’t repair. Not only are they repairs costly, but I noticed that they were not successfully done. I am hoping that my vehicle has finally been repaired. I was also notified that I will be needing a timing belt soon.
