Joey Hernandez has the best customer service. He kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. It was a long day at the service department for me, but he was so kind and truthful that i did not mind waiting almost 8 hours.

Joey was awesome to work with for my 2017 Forester 120k service. We customized the service, since an oil change and filters were changed recently. Joey was transparent and never pushed additional services. I plan to return to Orland Park Subaru dealership, their service excels the service from a peer Subaru dealer in NW Indiana.

She is a very nice person and offered to shuttle me home when an estimated wait time was 3plus hours when I agreed to get the 30,000 mi maintenance. I told her management would not agree to this but she tried to arrange it anyway. Somehow, the wait time was less and my car was finished sooner so that was a good compromise.
The fact that I can’t get shuttle service to my home is one reason that I’m not sure I would buy from your dealership again. Otherwise your dealership is very nice. Evey is great.
Great service and communication as always. This time the tech did forget to switch out the oil change sticker but not a huge deal.
We had recall last year for air conditioning and we took it to be fixed. A year later the air conditioning is not working. Your tech inspected it and stated it was 2 o rings which you didn’t have and I was going to be charged for them. How do I believe it wasn’t the recall problem. I still don’t have air conditioning in my Subaru and it has been horrible in my car.
Patrick was great. Maybe the Valet guys could wear belts so their pants don't hang down and show thwir underwear.
Took 2 days to tell me my battery was good. For me to drive to Subaru it’s 38 miles round trip. 2 days means 76 miles and 6 hours of waiting.
Job well done as always!!!
