I need someone to reach out to me about my vehicle. It was there for 4 hours for a battery replacement (had to fail the test first), and regular mileage maintenance (tire rotation, oil change, cabin filter, etc), and I can tell my tires were not rotated. The tech said she would email me my report and I have not received it. This is a string of poor performance by this Subaru.
Very helpful and considerate of my predicament. I had no idea of where to go for help with my problem and he took care of it. Thank you

My car was at subaru for service for two weeks and no one called me to give me status updates. I dropped the car off on Friday, May 5th. The person that checked me in,(Joey hernandez), said it would be ready on Monday, May 8th. I didn't get a call back from Joey so I called the service department and he stated that he would get status update for the car and call me back. I was never called back. I called back on May 10th and got bounced around. I called back again several times on this day and was given the run around. I finally spoke to Steven who said he would call me back with info on my car and he did call back. After all the time spent going back and forth with your Subaru team...no updates, no returned calls from the person who was working my service ticket, it was finally time to pick up my car on Friday, May 19th...TWO weeks after first dropping it off. And when I go to pick it up on Saturday, May 20th...there is a huge crack in the windshield. Now I'm made to wait again because Joey lied and said the vehicle came in with the windshield cracked but yet he failed to notate this in his check-in notes. Joey did not write it in his check-in notes because there was NOT a cracked windshield on my car! The overall service are your dealership is a joke. Giving false service times for vehicle to customers, poor communication, failed return calls when saying you are, lying about damages so to not get in trouble or whatever. I was set to buy my next Subaru from your dealership but if this is the garbage I get from your service department, I don't want anything to do with your sales team. All this and I still have not gotten my car back because the manager is going check the cameras for the crack on the windshield. So here it is May 22nd and still no car. This entire establishment is unprofessional. Once I get my car back, I'm never coming here again.

My only complaint was I had a 2:00 appointment but anyone that came ahead of me with no appointment was ahead of me. Seems to me those with an appointment should be served ahead of drive ups. As far as service everyone was polite and my car was fixed and I was given a loaner. So my car was taken care of. But when I arrive at 2:00 for my appointment and I am told it will be a 3 1/2 hour wait there is something wrong with the scheduling system. I had a 2:00 appointment and didn’t leave there with a loaner until 5:30. Am I better off not making an appointment?
My service advisor, Joey, did a great job within his scope. However, it would've been greatly appreciated if I had received a call or message letting me know that there weren't any loaner available despite being scheduled for one. Additionally the availability of the shuttle would've been helpful. I was told that the shuttle has a 10 mile radius which I did attempt to find a workaround for, but was told that it only operates in certain neighborhoods despite it being within the radius. Overall I am very appreciative for the service tech that worked on my vehicle. Thanks!
