I was originally told service would take a few days. After a few days and not receiving an update I started sending messages and calling but there was no response. Finally after 1 week I got someone on the phone and was told the part was on backorder. Ok that is understandable but why couldn’t anyone tell me that as they clearly knew that several days earlier? Then I was told the car will be done by end of the next week. Again a week went by without updates or responses to messages. Finally got an answer it would be another week. I eventually gave up asking.
Well just want to say that Joey Hernandez is a great Service Advisor and he wa efficient and helped me alot. I am not saying this just because I work for Subaru. I sincerely appreciate Joey and his intelligence. He is very patient and very courteous.
